ROAD SAWING

The new generation of road saws is here. Husqvarna has delivered again, providing these new powerful saws. It boasts the latest in technology, being the first of its kind to comply with the EPA Tier 4/ Stage 111 B Emission regulations. The fuel-efficient FS5000D & FS7000D provide a powerful saw that is environmentally friendly.


With the FS5000D cutting depth of 420mm, the FS7000D depth of 500mm, the FS7000DL and FS9900D have a cutting depth of 780mm; they have a user-friendly digital control panel, making all essential functions easy to monitor.

Early Entry SofF Cutting 

The Early Entry Sawing also known as Soff Cutting enables concrete to be cut within hours of finishing and before the final set. Soff Cutting provides the best solution to control cracking. 


Oz Cut uses Husqvarna Soff cut X-150 & X-4000 machines that are designed to penetrate green concrete slabs across all commercial or residential applications up to a depth of 76mm and from 3mm – 10mm wide. 


In addition to the Soff cut machine Oz Cut operates a Dry Vac system which captures all dust into a sealed bag leaving a clean slab with no airborne silica dust.

HAND SAWING & RING SAWING

We operate a number of hi-frequency electric & 2-stroke petrol handsaws and ring saws, achieving a maximum cutting depth of 325mm.

WALL SAWING

Our new generation of wall saws, which use high-frequency technology, can cut up to 810mm in thickness. With remote control operation, zero flush cutting, inverted cutting and cutting on stairs is achieved with ease!

WIRE SAWING

Our wire saws are electric high frequency that are used where depths exceed wall saw limits, enabling endless possibilities in thickness and length (e.g. in excess of 1m thick). The hydraulic wire saw machine operates vertically, horizontally, inverted and underwater and has a rapid rate of cut whether there is minimal reinforcement to concrete or maximum reinforcement.

KERB/BARRIER SAW

Oz Cut owns and operates the only CS-2000-100 Kerb Saw machine in Australia. Our kerb saw specialises in horizontal cutting, which is ideal for larger applications to efficiently remove or reshape any existing kerb or barrier.


The Diamond products CS-2000-100 can cut any kerb or barrier flush to the surface to a depth of 600mm. With a 100HP very mobile machine, Oz Cut can achieve horizontal cutting up to 5 times faster than a normal track sawing method.

KERB/BARRIER SAW

Oz Cut owns and operates the only CS-2000-100 Kerb Saw machine in Australia. Our kerb saw specialises in horizontal cutting, which is ideal for larger applications to efficiently remove or reshape any existing kerb or barrier.


The Diamond products CS-2000-100 can cut any kerb or barrier flush to the surface to a depth of 600mm and horizontally up to 280mm from the ground. With a 100HP very mobile machine, Oz Cut can achieve horizontal cutting up to 5 times faster than a normal track sawing method.

ROCK SPLITTING

Oz Cut operates a Darda hydraulic rock and concrete splitter. These machines provide a robust and highly cost-effective alternative to other conventional demolition techniques. Hydraulic splitting means controlled splitting, and this method eliminates shock waves, vibrations, dust and noise that extensive impact tools usually produce.

GENERATOR & WATER CART HIRE

When 3-phase power is not always available, we have the convenience of a multi-outlet 3-phase generator to run our wire saws and wall saws.



When water is not available in areas where cutting is required, we have the availability of a 1000L water cart to make these jobs possible! If waste poses a problem, we also offer a slurry trailer that can be collected and removed from the site. 


With this hire coming complete with a wet vac & 240v generator, this unit is capable of holding 600lt of waste.
